At Renkicks, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in the same condition as received.
  • Have all original tags and accessories included (if applicable).
  • Be securely packaged for return.

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or have been altered cannot be accepted.

Items Sold Without Original Box

Some products are sold without the original shoe box. This is clearly stated on the product page and is not considered a defect or reason for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
